Ronnie Cromer for Senate
Senator Cromer is introducing an amendment to S.746 to mandate that first-time DUI offenders must use a breathalyzer interlock device before starting their cars. Also, if the amendment is approved, a DUI offender who has caused serious bodily harm or death will have to use an interlock device for life, after jail time is served.
